Hello,
Thank you for reaching out with your question about importing titles and descriptions in Rank Math.
Rank Math does offer a similar functionality to import and export SEO metadata, including titles and descriptions, to and from a CSV file. You can export the SEO metadata for posts, terms, and users to a CSV file, make changes, and then import the edited CSV file back to update the titles and descriptions on your posts.
To access this feature in Rank Math, you can navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export in your WordPress admin area. From there, you can export the metadata to a CSV file, edit it, and then import it back to update the titles and descriptions.
If you need detailed instructions on how to perform these actions using Rank Math, you can refer to our guide on Editing Meta Title & Descriptions At Scale with Rank Math.
If you have any further questions or need assistance during the process, feel free to ask. We’re here to help!
Kind regards.

Hello,
Apologies for the confusion.
Please note that the CSV feature to import and export metadata is only available with Rank Math PRO.
Here’s the section in our guide with Rank Math PRO badge:

I guessed as much Reinelle – OK, I’ll upgrade 🙂
Thanks

PS I have a client using Rank Math and he said there was a known problem of some sites getting hacked – can you let me know the situation please

Hello,
That is a clear indication that a website is infected with malware. This is usually related to the Japanese keyword hack: https://web.dev/articles/fixing-the-japanese-keyword-hack
If this is happening very recently and you take action now, you could still stop the results from going to SERPs.
We would recommend starting by performing a security audit of the website and fixing any issues you find.
Looking forward to helping you.
