Assuming you’re using Rank Math on your other website as well, you can easily export the settings from one website to another by using the methods mentioned here: https://rankmath.com/kb/import-export-settings/
If it’s not working for you, then you’ll need to manually set your primary category: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-choose-a-primary-category/

I exported and then imported the Rankmath settings from the old site.
Primary category is not getting transferred this way.
Any suggestions? since doing this by hand means doing this for 1600+ products by hand for this customer.

You may need to ensure that the Primary Taxonomy in your new site is already set to Product Categories on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products.
Once done, import the products to your new site.
