Can you please share a screenshot of when it gets stuck while importing your data from Yoast? You can use an image-sharing tool like https://imgur.com/ to share the screenshot.
Meanwhile, you can try to use Rank Math Import & Export to import your data. Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export and try to import data from there: https://rankmath.com/kb/yoast-seo-migration/#import-and-export
Please note that some options are only available in Advance Mode. If you are not able to find this option, please try to switch to Advance Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/
