I am having issues with the table of content.
You can see after 3 it’s empty, actually, I put an image there so why it’s empty because of the image, It should just skip the image. Second, When anyone opens a blog the table of content opens expanded which is not good when the content is long. You will see in the screenshot that in the 3rd and I guess 7th row of content its empty in TOC but there is an image in the content
Second thing, I have two CPT but in the sitemap, I couldn’t fund them. I was thinking my cpt will also have a different sitemap URL like pages, posts and categories.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

ToC works on hierarchical way i.e. H2 is shown at the top followed by H3 underneath it and so on. If image is wrapped with an H2 tag, ToC will show that as empty line. I would suggest, rather than using image in H2, use a valid heading.

When anyone opens a blog the table of content opens expanded which is not good when the content is long.

We are working on the accordion feature that you’re looking for and be assured that we’ll let you know once there’s any update we have on this via regular communication channels like Facebook, mail, etc.

You may keep an eye on our changelog: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

I have two CPT but in the sitemap, I couldn’t find them. I was thinking my cpt will also have a different sitemap URL like pages, posts and categories.

Yes, they’ll have different sitemap URL. If you can’t see it, please make sure it’s activated. To activate please navigate to Rank Math > Sitemap Settings. Choose your CPT from the list and toggle ON the “include to sitemap” option. We have an article which explain how you can do that. Please go through this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/configure-sitemaps/#reaching-the-sitemap-settings

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you
