Our team is distributed around the world and we use dynamic IPs, so even if you whitelist one particular IP now when we get back to the ticket our IP might already have changed.

So, unfortunately, whitelisting a particular IP won’t help much.

You can also share which country can only access your site so we can try setting up a VPN to check your page’s source code.

We’ve checked your pages with the Facebook Sharing Debugger tool and we can see that the og image is appearing there properly without any issue. Please check the screenshots in the sensitive data section for your reference.

In this case, please try to clear your website cache including any server-level cache, and check the URL again to see if that resolves the issue.

Also, please note that the WhatsApp platform has a limit on the size of the image and it works best for images that are below 300Kb in size, even though it’s possible that some images above that might show sometimes but it’s very finicky and not consistent. So, if you’re using an image more than 300kb in size, we suggest you to decrease the image size and check again.
