If that is the option you were looking for, first, please make sure that you are in advanced mode. You can turn that on by going to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard:

Once you’re in Advanced mode, enable the Image SEO module:

And the options should be under General Settings > Images:
