As far as Squirrly is concerned:
Unfortunately, migrating from Squirrly to Rank Math is not yet supported. You can import your settings to a different SEO plugin that supports imports from Squirrly, and then import to Rank Math.
In this case, you can migrate first from Yoast, then to Rank Math. You can check these guides for your reference:
