I want to know what is wrong with adding Single description

    when i choose from meta and description add post %excerpt% and click at save it Saved but nothing happens at all current pages I have to add it on every page by myself
    every thing done will but when i choose post %excerpt% in single description

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for the trouble this issue must have caused you.

    The %excerpt% variable relies on the data from the post_content and due to the nature of how some pages are built using Page Builder plugins, some of them don’t save data inside that field for the plugin to pick up. Therefore we cannot generate the description from that variable.

    What you can try is to add your text in the custom excerpt field.

    If you are using the Gutenberg editor then it is located in the right sidebar of your editor.
