    – I updated my pro plugin but got the error “Update failed: Unable to install the specified package. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
    – I go to “https://rankmath.com/my-account/” and don’t see a place to renew my pro package. I don’t know if my package has expired or not.
    – what to do now?
