I upgraded to Rank Math Pro, but it is not reflected in my account

    Hi there,

    I upgraded to Rank Math Pro a few months ago. It is showing connected on the website, but when I log into my Rank Math account online, there are no subscriptions showing, or websites connected. Can you please let me know what I have done wrong?

    Thank you for getting back to me so promptly. That worked, and my website is now showing in the websites section. However, my subscription for Rank Math Pro, and Content AI are not showing. How can I fix that?
