I updated to pro and it’s not reflecting in my account

    According to the information you provided in the sensitive data section – depending on what’s more convenient for you, there are two options available here.

    You could either switch your website to use the Rank Math PRO account – you can do this by disconnecting your website from the old account and connecting it to the Rank Math PRO account. The other option is for us to move the Rank Math PRO subscription from this account to your FREE account. If you would prefer this option, please let us know and we’ll sort it out for you.

    I may need to reset the site on my computer but it doesn’t look like the pro version upgraded to the existing site? I appreciate all the help!

    I checked and the free account and the new account are both under n*******************@g********. When I purchased the pro upgrade, I already had the free WP plugin installed (and transferred all data from previous software to RankMath). The new account is also the same email as you helpfully confirmed. So, both accounts are under the same email and I upgraded from within the WP plugin, but it STILL didn’t connect the pro to the free account.

    I am concerned about deleting the free and starting a new account for the pro because I will lose what is there? I would very very much appreciate more detailed help on this if possible.

    Let us know is you still have another free Rank Math Account so we can merge the account too.

    The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight.

    You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
