I Removed the %sitename% from the title&Meta but it still shows in the serp

It’s pretty normal these days for Google to add the website name to the titles automatically even if it’s not set in the meta title to provide context to the users.

Check the section about branding your titles, which is important and since you are not doing it, Google is doing it on its own.
