I purchased the content ai subscription but it’s not connecting to my wordpress

To connect your Content AI credits to your WordPress website, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the AI starter credit annual subscription. You can log in to your Rank Math account here.

2. Once logged in, click on the “Websites” tab. You should be able to see your Content AI credits displayed at the top of the screen.

3. If your credits are visible in your Rank Math account, please proceed with the following steps. However, if your credits are missing, there may be a mismatch between the emails on your Rank Math and Content AI accounts. In that case, please contact our support team by clicking here so that we can assist you in merging both accounts or transferring your credits to the email connected to your account. Please include the invoice you received from FastSpring.com in the “Sensitive Data” section for faster assistance.

4. Now, return to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to “Rank Math SEO” > “Help”.

5. Click on “Disconnect Account” to disconnect your Rank Math account.

6. After disconnecting, click on “Connect Now” to reconnect your Rank Math account.

Once you have completed these steps, please try using the AI tools again and check if your credits are now being recognized correctly.
