Hello I purchased pro subscription in this account, but I logged in to another account of my client, Ckosmic, which I am managing, so the payment was attached to another account. Please help to resolve this issue. Either reverse the payment from Ckosmic so that I can purchase again or attach that payment (I can provide you the details) to this account. If somebody from your company can call me I can give them all details
Please help resolve this issue asap, as I need pro subscription for this account as I cannot use details of my client’s subscription in my own work.
