I paid for the pro version and I can’t use it

    since I bought the pro license I couldn’t use it, why are you doing this? Please, I need to use the PRO version as I have paid for the service.

    When I get a solution I can’t use my version pro I spend many months waiting for it to be solved

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address as the subscription for your current email was already canceled last year.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    I bought it and never used it and you are telling me that I will never be able to use it anymore?

    Here it clearly says that everything moved and I never saw anything, I ask you to please solve this at once or I will talk to PayPal about this problem and never use the pro version.

    I’m asking them for help and it’s been so long they can’t even fix it

    You bought the Business subscription in July 2021. Please note that it is a yearly subscription and expired in July 2022. Since you didn’t renew and had canceled the subscription – you are unable to use it now because the subscription expired last year.

    I always had this problem and nobody helps me until the day I go
