I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems to be working fine. Though, you have thousands of post URLs which could cause a delay in crawling them.

The screenshot that you shared explains that, Google has reduced or cannot increase the rate it crawls your site.
These situations are likely the result of your server’s inability to execute Google’s crawl requests.
The process of crawling uses up a site’s resources when a site lacks enough resources to support a crawl, it will become overloaded and slow down or crash.
We thoroughly examined your website again and found no issues with your sitemap.
However, we suggest increasing the number of links per sitemap to reduce your site’s total number of sitemaps.
You can do this from Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > General > Links Per Sitemap.
Once done, resubmit the sitemap to Google and see if it can fetch it successfully.

After following the steps from my colleague, please try removing all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console and resubmit the primary ones (sitemap_index.xml).
If the issue persists, remove it again and try this sitemap variation: https://lofi-f.click/vn/?sitemap=1
