    Hi,
    I have a free RankMath account.

    I tried to submit a ticket that included some incomplete code snippets as I wanted to explain an issue I need help with. I selected the code snippets and clicked the “CODE” button at the top of this editor window to enclose them with the code tags.

    After I clicked “Submit your ticket” the message “You have been blocked” showed up on the screen.

    Could you please unblock me and let me know how I can post my ticket without being blocked again.

    I have send an email to s******@r*********** this morning with the query that I tried to post with the failing ticket. Haven’t had a reply yet

    I want to add more code info to this query. Should I submit a new ticket for this query using pastebin for the code?
