To help us troubleshoot your issue, please share your full sitemap URL with us. You can find your sitemap URL by going to Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and looking at the Sitemap Index link. It should look something like this: https://example.com/sitemap_index.xml
You can copy and paste your sitemap URL in your reply. If you don’t want to share it publicly, you can use the sensitive data field below. This field is only visible to you and our support team.

I’ve checked your post sitemap, but it seems to be working fine. You can also validate it by using this tool:
https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
For initial troubleshooting, please make sure that your sitemap is not getting cached. Please follow these steps:
1. Ensure you’re using the latest version of your plugins/theme including the Rank Math plugin.
2. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

3. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, remove all your submitted sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only:
https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/
