I dont see the AI Credits left in my account

    Hello,
    I couldn’t see my site in my Rank Mat account and I followed the steps to disable and enable the plugin. Now I can see my site, but credits in Content AI look like in the free version. I have paid for Content AI Starter for 1 year on 04/30/2024 (Order Reference RANKMATH240430-3992-81185). Ask for assistance.

    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Ensure you are logged in to the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI Starter plan.
    2. Visit the Rank Math account area at https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and verify if the remaining credits are displayed correctly.

    If the credit count is accurate in your account but not reflecting on your website, please proceed with the following steps:

    1. In your WordPress admin area, navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

    2. Disconnect your Rank Math account and then reconnect it as shown in the screenshots below:

    3. After reconnecting your account, go to Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits count as shown in this screenshot:

    Hi, .gmail is connected with my profile in Google Chrom, and my .yahoo email is main email that I use for payments and other correspondence. Thank you.

    We have merged the accounts under the Yahoo email.

    Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
