    I didn’t get the Rank math AI credits that I purchased.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Yes, we can see the 150 Content AI credit on your account. Please make sure you’ve logged in to the correct account.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    You can also see your content AI credits from your Rank Math Account area > Websites
