  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you confirm the exact page that had this issue in the Google Search Console? If you have, please share the URL with us so we can check.

The “Excluded by noindex tag” status is not an error, but a report that shows you which pages on your website are marked with the noindex tag. The noindex tag tells Google not to index a certain page on your website. This can be useful if you have a page that you don’t want people to find in search results, such as blank posts or tags.

The “excluded by noindex tag” status means that Google has found a noindex tag on your page. This could be due to a number of reasons:
    1. You might have accidentally added a noindex tag to your page.
    2. You might have accidentally checked the discourage search engine option in WordPress settings.
    3. A site plugin or script might add a noindex tag to your pages.

Please follow the steps in this guide to fix the “Excluded by NoIndex Tag” Status:

Hope this helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

Please check the sensitive data section that URL

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

We’ve checked your homepage, and it is already set to index. Also, it is included in your sitemap and your robots.txt is working fine.

Moreover, it is already appearing on the search results page using the site: operator. Please refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section.

If you’re still getting that error in your Google Search Console, please clear your website’s cache, then revalidate the issue in your Google Search Console account, and give Google some time to recrawl your site.

    validate

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.
