Please note that you should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between 5 to 7 business days from the refund date. Please check with your bank to confirm the incoming refund.
Please note that we are no longer in a position to provide support for any PRO-related features unless you are a current subscriber.
The PRO version shows on your website because you have connected it as PRO before, however, that website will no longer receive any PRO updates as well as PRO support as I have already mentioned above.
