I can’t activate my content AI function

    Hi there,

    I bought content AI for Rank Math, 2 hours ago. I activated it in my Rankmath Plugin and I configurated it. But I can’t use the Content AI Tools.
    The system show the message: To access this content AI function, you need an active subscription.

    The solution from your Chat Bot is:
    Content AI Subscription is Not Active: If you are seeing a message that says “To access this Content AI feature, you need to have an active subscription plan,” it means that your Content AI subscription is not active. You can resolve this by heading to the Content AI plan selection page and selecting a plan.

    I can’t do it, because the system know that I did it.

    What is wrong? What can we do?

    Hi there,

    I did that.
    The problem is to refresh the credits!

    I have 2 Accounts now. One account I got by subscribe to the content AI Plan. The other for my Rankmath Plugin. I connected my website with the content AI- Account. Besides I activated the content AI feature in my Rankmath Plugin.
    After that I tried to refresh the credits, but it didn’t work.

    Could you please confirm if you have a different Rank Math account with the PRO subscription?

    If that is so, can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Please note that you may need both the PRO and Content AI subscriptions in a single account to use them both on your connected websites.

    I have rankmath Pro but no active abo. I think I must reactivate my rankmath Pro Abo that content AI works, isn’t it.

    Is it possible that you are using a different email for your Rank Math PRO subscription?

    Hello,

    Kindly share the email address you used to purchase the PRO subscription or share the invoice ID of the PRO subscription. The email c*******@m*************** was used to purchase the content AI subscription and the invoice ID you provided is also for Content AI.

    We need that of the PRO subscription (email or invoice ID) to locate the account and do a merger with the account you opened this ticket with.
