I cannot implement local business schema as a free user…

    Hello,
Your website says implementing local business schema is available to free users, but the only way to do so seems to actually enable “multi-location” which is a pro feature…

We are a local business with a single location. Can you please show us how to implement the local business schema as a free user?

  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing issues with implementing the local business schema. I understand your concern, and I appreciate you reaching out to us.

It seems there might be some confusion. The option to add multiple locations is indeed available only in Rank Math PRO. However, you should be able to implement the local business schema for a single location as a free user.

To do this, you can follow the steps outlined in our knowledge base article on how to create multiple locations using Rank Math: How to Create Multiple Locations (with Schema) Using Rank Math.

In the article, you’ll find detailed instructions on configuring the local business schema for a single location. You can also refer to the screenshots provided in the article for visual guidance.

If you encounter any issues while following the instructions, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

Rank Math automatically adds the Local Business schema and fetches the data from Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO.

Local SEO helps you to gain website traffic as it focuses on improving the visibility of your business everywhere. If you have this option enabled, Rank Math will add the necessary metadata to your website for Google to recognize your website as a local business website, and Google will start showing your website in the SERPs for searches relating to your business. You can also check this link for more information:

Also, Google recommends that you must include the required properties for your content to be eligible for display as a rich result, such as the address. You can also include the recommended properties like opening hours, etc. to add more information about your content, which could provide a better user experience.

    Hope that helps.
