I cannot acess my rankmath module on my product catogory page in divi - Support

HI there
I need some clarity – I’ve seen that my rank math module isn’t working on the product category pages of my WordPress website. I am using elegant themes.At the back end of my category pages i can see that rankmath pics up my content. But in the front end when i switch my divi builder on i see the rank math module but I’m not able to access this.

I have reached out to elegant themes and they are saying that product category pages cannot be optimised using the rankmath module – this does not make sense to me.

Please can you provide some clarity for me regarding this – does Rankmath module work on the front end of the divi builder on product category pages

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We’ve also checked and we can see the Rank Math SEO Meta box doesn’t work in product categories with Divi builder. However, we’ve already shared the issue with our developer and we’ll inform you as soon as we get some update on this.

For now, you can use the Rank Math SEO meta box in the default WordPress editor for your product category pages.

Thank you so much for getting back to me
could this be some conflict with my theme as i have seen that when i use yoast SEO im experiencing a similar problem. i have also reached out to the developer of the theme regarding this
but if you could come back to me with a solution this would be great

Hello,

Thank you for your patience.

We have an update from our development team that Rank Math only analyzes the description and category title added at the backend, and the SEO tab/button should not be added on the front end.

However, we will notify everyone via the usual communication channels once this is added to our update.

We released a quick Beta update you can try to see if that helps.

Please enable the Beta update by following this:
https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.
