Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support. We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your affiliate links on pawsomeadvice.com.
First of all, you need to make sure that you’re using the right type of redirection for your affiliate links. The best practice is to use 301 redirects, which tells Google and other search engines that the original URL has permanently moved to a new one.
However, even if you use 301 redirects, it may take some time for Google to update its index and remove the old URLs from its search results. This depends on how frequently Google crawls your site and how many pages it has to process. You can speed up this process by requesting Google to re-crawl your site using the URL Inspection Tool.
Alternatively, you can also use the Link Removal tool in the Google Search Console to temporarily hide those URL from Google’s search results.
If you have followed these steps but still see your redirected URLs on Google Search results, please share some examples of these URLs with us so we can investigate further.
We hope this helps clear up the issue. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us again. We are always happy to assist you.
on all of the sites i’ve been working we always did 307 redirect on all affiliate links. And we never had a problem like this.
Hello,
307 status response code is a temporal redirect code, this technically means that the requested page still exists but has been moved to another page temporarily. The problem here is not from Rank Math but from how ScreamingFrog interprets the 307 status code, unfortunately, we do not have any control over this.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation
