My Analytics section in the rankmath is showing blank and I am not able to update the rankmath also , one or the other section is going wrong form past few days , please check and let me know what’s going wrok and resolve the issue as soon as possible

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please follow these steps:

A. Pre-check List

1. You should not be using any other Google Analytics plugin.

2. Update to the latest versions of Rank Math

B. Refresh Tokens

1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

2. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

3. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

Allow all the permissions on the next screen.

4. Let the process complete, which might take around 30 minutes.

5. Now head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index for Analytics button.

6. Please check if the data shows up here:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-analytics#/

If that does not help, please paste the data from here:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and click the Copy System Info to Clipboard button

I tried all the steps and I am not able to see any thing in analytics , The complete page is showing blank and I am not able to update my rankmath pro, I am getting an error while updating the plugin, please check the what’s the problem , my website name is bolsterbiz.com

It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

Also, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

About not being able to update the Pro plugin

When trying to update, it gives PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) error. Would you please follow the steps mentioned in this article to update the plugin: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-pclzip-err-bad-format/

About Google analytics showing blank

It looks like there’s a theme / plugin conflict. Would you please go through the steps mentioned in the below article to find which plugin is causing the conflict: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Once you’ve found the issue, try reconnecting to Analytics by navigating to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics. The search console should turn green to notify you that the connection is made.

I have done every thing which you guys told but there is no use of it , and I am not at all able to see anything its complete blank page , I even gave you the credentials of my site , why there is no improvement

Hello,

The Analytics blank page issue you’re currently facing is coming from the Gutenberg plugin. We temporarily disabled that plugin the Analytics dashboard was working fine. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.

It is a known issue and we are investigating this on our end. You should also get in touch with the support of the Gutenberg plugin and check if they have any solution for this.
