HTML Sitemap Page

Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with your HTML sitemap page not showing up on your settings.

Please make sure you are using the latest versions of Rank Math, Rank Math PRO, and the rest of your WordPress, themes and plugins.

Next, If you hadn’t already, please make sure you refresh the sitemap settings page after creating the page you want to assign the HTML sitemap to.

If the page still isn’t showing, there might be a conflict between Rank Math and your theme or one of your plugins. To check this, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
