Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Changing hosting providers without harming your SEO is a challenging task. To accomplish this, you must ensure that your old service remains active until your new site is up and running. Make sure to backup your site, and export all settings before migrating to the new provider. Then select a hosting provider with migration experts to help you move quickly and take care of your website. They will be more capable to explain the process.
After migration, check if everything is setup correctly including your meta tags, sitemaps, .htaccess, robot.txt, etc.
Import all your SEO settings using Rank Math Import & Export Settings:

Then add Redirects to avoid page errors. Here’s how you can setup redirections using Rank Math:

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need my assistance with anything else.
