If you have purchased the subscription with any other email address do let us know which one so we can check and possibly merge the accounts.

We just checked our system for that card we don’t find any PRO subscription purchase made with that card.
Having said that, the website you mentioned (https://mon-hebergement.fr) is currently connected to a Business subscription in an account belonging to someone named Lilian.
It seems that you are using some sort of SEO agency to get the PRO features, which is perfectly acceptable, but you would need to get in touch with your agency to reconnect the website to their account following the instructions here: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-pclzip-err-bad-format/
