As requested, we have transferred your purchased Content AI credits to the nominated email account.
Please check on your end to see if everything is working as expected. You should see the content AI in the other email account. You can check the same from here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.


After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
