How to import existing Meta Title & Description

    Dear Support,

    I have a customer with an existing and already optimised SEO Keyword, Titel and Description setup and tried to implement RankMath as I had read a lot of positive reports about your product. Unfortunenatly, after installing and activating “RankMath PRo” and deactivation of “Slim SEO” all fields for Title, Description etc. are not detected and also the ranking dropped after a while.

    We changed the ISP recently so I was able to restore a backup at the old webspace and cut & paste the old settings to the new webspace resolving the biggest impact for the moment, but had to disable RankMath and activate Slim SEO again.

    As the old website is not in production anymore, I will add an account for you to take a look and looking forward on any advise how I get RankMath importing the old values. Feel free to do anything you need to do (activating / deactivating / uninstalling plugins).

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with migrating your titles and meta setting from slim SEO to Rank Math.

    We do not have a direct method to migrate SEO data from Slim SEO to Rank Math. You will have to export the data to another plugin like SEOPress, then import from SEOPress to Rank Math.
