Thank you for sharing the URLs.
This is the default behavior of WordPress. You can try to deactivate Rank Math plugins and check again if the URLs exist on your site.
But when you activate Rank Math, it always includes the correct canonical on your sub-category page so you don’t need to worry as it helps to avoid duplicate content issues.
To make sure that Google doesn’t find more pages like these, you should use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account to find the referring page and figure out how Google is finding these URLs.
