We never actually tested the GTranslate plugin yet. So we do not know if it’s compatible with Rank Math. That is why it’s not listed on our compatibility page as well: https://rankmath.com/compatibility/
I would recommend first consulting with developers of such plugins as they may have different methods for special translations and potentially SEO-related optimization.
You may try using the plugin together with Rank Math but do note you need to check some areas if they are working fine with Rank Math as this GTranslate should work with known SEO plugins.
You can also check out WPML, TranslatePress, or Weglot as these plugins are fully compatible with Rank Math.
