How long before pro subscription becomes active

    Hi guys, I just signed up for the pro version but it’s not showing in my account on the Dashboard home page. I can see the subscription, but I can’t download the pro plugin.

    How long does it take before it becomes active?

    It has just kicked in. Took quite a while. Would be better if access was instant after purchase.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We had a temporary glitch in our system a couple of days ago, this issue shouldn’t be happening moving forward.
