How do remove site name next to my post title in search results - Support

I’ve already removed %sitename% from the post title in rankmath title&meta, but when I search for my newly published blog post on Google, it comes up with the sitename added.

Previously published posts come up fine without sitename in the search results. but when the post is newly indexed, the sitename is added again. I think this change started about two weeks ago.

I think this seems to be started after I changed the front page to ‘static page’ instead of ‘latest posts’ in wordpress settings > reading.

It would be great if you could help me fix this please

I would like to change search result to be like this: only post title
current result: post title + sitename(sunnymoneynews)

Hello,

We checked your homepage on Google with the site: operator and we can see Google is showing the correct meta title on SERPs.

That means Google is already aware of the correct metadata of your website. Nowadays, Google does that very commonly. Even when everything is fine, Google may choose to display a different meta title and description for your search query result. Google may skip the custom metadata you have set and instead display something from the page’s content that better matches the search intent.
