The plugin will always ping Google when your sitemap file is modified but if you would like to handle this process with a custom cron job, please take a look at the class-sitemap.php from line 149 on this path: domain\wp-content\plugins\seo-by-rank-math\includes\modules\sitemap to see how the plugin does this.
