    I was thinking of buying your Pro Product, but I have been using your Free version for a long time and I have not seen any index benefit from Google, and your SEO Plugin does not index, it does not find my sitemap files in GSC, and it does not index since October and there are a lot of problems. So why should I buy products from you under these conditions? Please, I request you to solve my SEO problems and I want my Sitemap to be properly indexed and detected by Google Search Console daily.

  • Hello,

    We apologize for the issues you’ve been facing with the Rank Math plugin. We understand your concerns about the indexing and sitemap problems you’ve encountered. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

    It seems that you are experiencing difficulties with your sitemap being detected by Google Search Console. We’d like to help you resolve this issue.

    Firstly, we recommend checking if you have submitted the correct XML sitemap to Google. You should submit the sitemap available on your website at `https://rankmath.com/pricing/ If you are sure you have submitted the correct URL and are still facing this error, we suggest checking for a plugin conflict using the Health Check plugin.

    Additionally, if you are running W3 Total Cache along with Rank Math on your website, you should create another user agent group and add the ‘googlebot’ user agent to it. If these solutions don’t help resolve the issue, you can include a filter in your theme’s functions.php or rank-math.php file:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

    We hope these steps will help resolve the issue with your sitemap not being detected by Google Search Console. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team here. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year and are happy to help you with any issues that you might face.

    Thank you for considering Rank Math, and we look forward to helping you resolve these issues.

    The automatic generic answer sent by Rankbot has nothing to do with this problem, I am not using it in w3 anyway. I explained my problem in detail. Even in https://quakealerts.com/sitemap_index.xml, Rank Math has not done any index operation related to my website since October, GSC cannot find files related to the already existing sitemap. Google does not index me, so how will I work with you under these conditions?

    I still haven’t received an answer from you. Will you help me solve the bad and inextricable sitemap problems I’m experiencing? If you can solve this problem, I’m thinking of buying a pro membership, if you can’t solve it, I will cancel working with you.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    First, your sitemap contains too many URLs (1000 per sub-sitemaps).

    Please note that Google crawls small-sized sitemaps faster. With this in mind, Rank math uses the links per sitemap limit to break down sitemaps into smaller parts. You can also check Google’s guidelines for sitemaps:
    https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/sitemaps/build-sitemap

    You may set your Links per sitemap between 200 and 500 as recommended in Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > General.

    Also, your latest posts are not getting included in the post sitemap as it stopped in October.

    For initial troubleshooting, please follow the steps to flush the sitemap cache:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Disable the transient cache for the sitemap by applying this filter. This will make sure that your XML sitemap always reflects the latest changes on your site:

    /**
     * Filter if XML sitemap transient cache is enabled.
     *
     * @param boolean $unsigned Enable cache or not, defaults to true
     */
    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

    If you’re not sure how to add this code, you can follow this guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

    Let us know how this goes.

    An information text was shared in this way: 2.

This will make sure that your XML sitemap always reflects the latest changes on your site: But this doesn’t apply to my website because I don’t use any CDN Cloudflare or cache program. I also did what you said before, i.e. 201 + Permalinks settings and click save. What else needs to be done? If you really need or want to check the issue i can give my login details about that website.

    I recreated the sitemap by trying the 201 link formula you first mentioned: https://quakealerts.com/sitemap_index.xml

    But even though Google says success, it cannot find any file.

    Hello,

    Even if you are not using any caching plugin, you can still add the code to disable Rank Math transient caching of your sitemap using option 3 of the previously shared steps.

    Regarding the screenshot you shared, can you please confirm what sitemap you added? The correct sitemap link to add is this one: https://quakealerts.com/sitemap_index.xml. If that was the one you added, then you can try adding this alternative to see if it triggers Google to recrawl the sitemap: https://quakealerts.com/?sitemap=1

    We hope this helps you resolve the issue. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding Rank Math, please feel free to contact us again. We are always happy to help.

    Thank you for choosing Rank Math!

    I am doing what you said and I also added add_filter( ‘rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching’, ‘__return_false’); to functions.php and as you can see as screenshot I added the sitemap to GSC as /?sitemap=1 and /sitemap_index.xml but no content of my sitemap file is discovered by GSC and there is no change. So please please do not write me generic answers and please show the necessary sensitivity and request login details and try to solve the problem on the spot. I am waiting for a reply as soon as possible.

    I’m still not getting enough technical support from you! For how many days now, you have been posting in the form of an AUTOMATIC POST post that you write to everyone in general about the problems I have mentioned. I say again, this sitemap issue needs to be resolved urgently so that I have a good enough reason to buy the PRO plugin from you. What are you waiting for to provide the necessary help and technical support?

    I have not been able to get any technical support for about a week. If there are problems you cannot solve and your capacity is insufficient, why do you make scripts like this? Why should people choose you? Your technical support is inadequate and your employees work reluctantly. I will express my views on this issue in the forums as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    Well, we have checked your sitemap and we can see that it is working properly without any errors so the issue here is not from Rank Math’s end.

    We believe this might just be a temporal issue from Google’s end. We can see that Google is crawling and even indexing your content correctly, you can see that by searching your site using the site: operator.

    As you can see from the above screenshots, some of your posts – as recent as yesterday, have already been indexed. This shows that Google is crawling and indexing your content. The fact that the sitemap section of Google Search Console is not showing any sub-sitemap might just be a temporal issue on Google’s end.

    We hope this helps clarify the issue. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again. We are always happy to assist you.

    Hello,

    Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

    If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
