Google does not honor Meta Keywords for quite a long now so we never added them to the plugin.

It is recommended to insert your keywords within the main content, description and post URL without overdoing it. This is where Rank Math comes in, you can enter your focus keywords through the Rank Math metabox and our content analysis tool will give you some recommendations if the page is not well optimized.
