    I am writing to report an issue I am facing with the RankMath Sitemap on my website. Despite trying several troubleshooting steps such as disabling all plugins, reinstalling RankMath, and reconnecting with RankMath, I have been unable to resolve the problem.

    I have thoroughly read your article on sitemaps and followed the recommended guidelines, but the issue persists. Every time I attempt to download the sitemap, it fails to generate successfully.

    I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. If possible, could you please provide me with detailed instructions or further troubleshooting steps to rectify the sitemap issue?

    We’ve checked your sitemap and we can see that it is working properly without any issues. In this case, please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    Once done, clear your website cache and resubmit the /sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

    If the issue still persists, then please try to submit /?sitemap=1 on your Google Search Console.
