    Rank Math free

    Although I purchased a Rankmath pro account, my account appears as a free account, please I want this to be resolved as soon as possible

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Rank Math PRO account showing as a free account. To resolve this, you need to ensure that you have downloaded and activated the Rank Math PRO version correctly.

    If you have already purchased Rank Math PRO but it is still showing as the free version, please follow these steps:

    1. Download the Rank Math PRO plugin zip file from your account area.
    2. Install the Rank Math Free version from your WordPress Dashboard by going to Plugins → Add New and searching for Rank Math. Click Install Now and then Activate the plugin.
    3. Next, install the Rank Math PRO version by going to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the Rank Math PRO zip file you downloaded and click Install Now, then Activate the plugin.
    4. Activate your Rank Math PRO license by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and click on Connect Now to activate your Rank Math plugin.

    If after following these steps your account still shows as a free version, please reply to this ticket with more details, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
