The translation files from our plugin are automatically added when they are fully complete and accepted in the WordPress translation project here: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/seo-by-rank-math/
If you are trying to translate the plugin to a language that is not currently complete you can do so from that link and when it’s fully complete it will automatically get added to the plugin.
That’s the best way to perform the translation of the plugin unless you want to only translate your version and in that case, the usage of Loco Translate is the easiest way to do so.
