it is in GSC, pages affected by code 404, here is the image.

I suspect it is because I have GSC linked to Google Analytics which have a configuration that is causing that.

Thank you for sharing the details.
If they are showing as 404 on your site, then you should find out how Google is crawling those URLs.
In this case, you should use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account to check the URLs and check the referring page where are they coming from.
Once you know their referring page, you can unlink the tags so Google won’t discover those kinds of URLs.
