    I’m using rankmath SEO plugin for my site https:fmsikar.in
    I recently check google search console with error of Not found (404). Many urls get this error. screenshot- https://snipboard.io/re1vBu.jpg
    I don’t know why and how title=”FM are added automatic after every url of post. see this screenshot- https://snipboard.io/re1vBu.jpg Can you please check this and guide me how to resolve this issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You can use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account to check the URL and view the referring page to make sure from where it is coming.

    Once you know the referring page, you can unlink or remove it so Google won’t discover it again.
