Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that your client’s site pages are not being indexed by Google. This can be frustrating, but we’re here to help. There are several potential reasons why this might be happening. Here are a few things you can check:
-
Content Duplication Issues: Ensure that there is no duplicate content on the pages you’re trying to index. Google penalizes websites with duplicate content, so it’s important to check for any duplication and add a canonical URL from these duplicate pages pointing to the original content you want to index.
-
Website Is New: If the website is fairly new (less than a few months old), it’s not unusual for some pages to be marked as “discovered – currently not indexed.” It can take Google a little while to find and index all the pages on the site.
-
Check If Your Website Is Blocked By Google: It’s important to check if your website has been penalized by Google. If your website is penalized, you’ll need to fix the problem that caused the penalty before Google indexes your site.
If you’ve already checked these and are still facing issues, you may want to consider submitting a manual indexing request to Google. However, it’s important to note that relying on manual index submission for normal content may indicate that improvements are needed on the website.
You can also use Rank Math’s Instant Indexing feature to submit URLs to IndexNow-enabled search engines and help index the website and its content.

I have gone through your AI answers and checked what i know how. I think everything is correct, but I guess I need to wait a day or two to see indexing results? So if this doesn’t work I guess I will need to upgrade to actually get real person support?
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
We’ve checked your sitemap and robots.txt, and they seem to be working fine.
In this case, you should check your Google Search Console coverage section to determine any issues reported on your URLs that may have prevented your site from being indexed:

Looking forward to helping you.
here is a screenshot of what i see there. it still shows the robot.txt is blocking at the bottom.

“indexed, through blocked by robot.txt”
i dont get it.
so if i upgraded you guys could do more to help correct?
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
We’ve checked your robots.txt, and you don’t have any rules to block URLs on your site.
In this case, please clear your website’s cache, and revalidate the issue in your Google Search Console account by clicking the error.
Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your site.

Hope that helps.
