I just checked the Google Business you linked and I can see the “Claim this Business’ option properly, can you please doublecheck?
To claim your business through Google Maps by following these steps:
If you don’t see the option to claim your business on Google Maps, it might be because someone else has already verified it.

I do see that for the top listed one, but not the second listed one. I have to wait to get the code from the office phone for the top one tomorrow but the bottom one was created via Local SEO.

I suspect the first link you shared is the real page since that is the only one with an actual address, you should go ahead and verify that it.
However, help me understand this properly – did you create both Business Pages? Please note that Rank Math does not create a Business Page for you when you set up Local SEO. As we suggested in this article, you’ll need to already have a business page before setting up Local SEO.
