Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with Google Analytics not showing up in your site dashboard despite Rank Math showing that your site is connected.
To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
- Test Connections:
- Navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
- Click on the Test Connections option to validate the existing connections. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates a glitch in the connection.
- If you see a red signal, reconnect your Google account by following the steps provided in the Rank Math documentation.
- Rebuild Index for Analytics:
- Go to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Rebuild Index for Analytics.
- Click on the Rebuild Index option to re-index your posts.
- Check Data Presence:
- After performing the above steps, open the Analytics dashboard by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Analytics and verify if the data is present.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you please confirm if you’re not able to see the data on the Rank Math Analytics dashboard? If so, please try to follow this guideline and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
If the issue persists, follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.
1. At first add the following filter to your website:
add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );
Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
This is how it should look like:
When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under
wp-content/uploads/rank-math
and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
So basically after I connected my google account no data shows up and also i cant select my account from the dropdown menu it says No results found in the site and accounts tab. Where it was supposed to show my sites name. Hope this makes things clear. I tried removing access and again reconnecting it didn’t work. And the other solution of manually adding code snippets seems a bit confusing and overwork for me. So i decided to connect google analytics on its own to my site. Can you please tell me now if I disconnect the rankmaths with google will it affect anything when i’ll try to completely connect analytics on my own.
P.S I have seen many rankmath tutorials and other posts having the same issue, that after connecting google services the account/site doesnt showup.
Hello,
We are sorry for the confusion above. Please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:
1. Make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console, if not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/
2. Please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
3. Please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
4. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.
Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
