Please note that the Rank Math Free plugin only downloads Google Search Console data. You will need Rank Math PRO to download Google Analytics data.
Could you please take a screenshot of the data you are referring to in your Analytics and Rank Math so we can compare?

As you can see, the first image of Google Analytics (last 2 years) shows no site date, but the second image of Google Analytics (previous 2 years) shows site data.
I’m not sure what happened in Google Analytics (during May 2021 – June 2021) to cause the loss of data.
If I purchase Rank Math PRO now, will I be able to restore or retrieve site data from Google Analytics from the last 2 years or will I only be able to track site data moving forward from this point?

Our plugin doesn’t send data from our Analytics module to Google Analytics, it is only the other way around.
It could be during that period when there’s no data in Google Analytics, the tracking is offline and unfortunately, this is something our plugin cannot resolve.
I checked your website and we can confirm the tracking code is still active there so Google Analytics should be able to track your website from now on.
