Hi there,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the analytics account disconnection issue.
We have recently released an update that fixes this bug. Please make sure that you have updated Rank Math to the latest version. If you’re still facing this issue, please follow these steps carefully:
A. Pre-check List
Before you proceed, please check the following things:
1. You should not be using any other Google Analytics plugin on your site. They might interfere with Rank Math’s analytics feature.
2. You should have the latest versions of Rank Math Free & PRO installed and activated on your site.
3. You should be logged in to your Rank Math account from inside WordPress. You can check this by going to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Help > Account Status. It should say “Connected”.
4. You should disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from inside WordPress. You can do this by going to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Help > Account Status and clicking on the “Disconnect” button. Then, click on the “Connect” button and follow the instructions.
B. Refresh Tokens
If the above steps don’t solve your issue, you might need to refresh your Google tokens. Here’s how to do that:
1. Please go to this link and sign in with your Google account:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Find the Rank Math app and click on the “Remove access” button. This will revoke Rank Math’s access to your Google account.
3. Go back to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools. Click on the “Re-create database Table” button. This will re-create the tables that store your analytics data.
4. Go to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, and click on the “Reconnect” link. This will prompt you to connect your Google account again.
5. Allow all the permissions that Rank Math asks for on the next screen. This will grant Rank Math access to your Google account again.
That’s it! You should now be able to see your analytics data on your WordPress dashboard.
We hope this helps you fix the issue. If you have any other questions or need more assistance, please feel free to contact us again. We’re always happy to help.
Thank you for using Rank Math as your SEO solution.
I did all steps but now search console is not working too, but now is worst. I can’t activate the button show content status!
My domain appear.
Hello,
We can see you have connected your Google account via a domain property with our plugin. Please note that our plugin doesn’t fully support fetching data from domain properties. Please reconnect your Google account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and connect the URL-prefix property to fetch the data properly.
If the settings are not getting saved properly, please try saving the settings for the Analytics with a different browser such as Google Chrome. If you’re already using Chrome, then you can try it in Incognito mode just to save the settings.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.

Hello,
Could you please confirm if you’re already using the latest version of Rank Math?

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
