Good day
Please note that I followed the outlined steps above but the same problem still persists. Please assist.
Hello,
Please make sure that you’ve connected the correct Google account and not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
If the issue still persists, then We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi,My problem is still persisting so I have provided you with my WP logins on the sensitive data tab.
Hello,
Would you also please share your URL with us so we can try and log in? If you’re using a custom login page, kindly share that instead.
We really look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you.
Hello,
We’ve checked your site and found that the Search Console account you are connected, doesn’t have sufficient permissions:
In this case, please make sure that you are added as an owner of the property on Google Search Console.
After that, please reconnect your Google account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and make sure to provide all the required permissions.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Good day
Please note that I am just following up on the above request sent on the 10th of September 2023. Any progress on the query
Good day
Please see error appearing after having followed the steps outlined in your last correspondence. The site appearing on the Search console is sc-domain:tmolinemarketing.com as opposed to tmolinemarketing.com, it does not allow me to “Enable the Index Status tab”. Please assist I have attached pictures of the error above.
Hello,
Apologies for the delay as this ticket seems to have been stuck in our drafts section for some reason.
Please note that you may need to choose the property https://domain.com/ and not the
sc:domain.com
upon connecting your site. The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
In this case, please follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property
https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-consoleThen reconnect your site on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
Hope that helps.
Thanks!
